Why chiropractic care is needed…

Happy May! Springtime is in full bloom and we are seeing that many businesses are opening their doors, I want to remind you that Roth Wellness is here for you.
During the past month, many of our patients have missed their regularly scheduled visits, so I wanted to share some benefits that you may be missing out on, when you miss your Chiropractor appointments:
  1. Strengthen your body alignment. Misalignments in the spine-particularly the neck-can disrupt the brain’s lines of communication with the rest of the body. So, by manipulating and resetting your joints and soft tissue, a chiropractor can restore the body’s alignment and re-open essential pathways between the brain and spine.
  2. It can help to regulate your stress hormones. Many allergy sufferers also have weakened adrenal glands, which means their bodies have a harder time moderating allergic reactions. Since the adrenal glands are fed directly by spinal nerves, a properly aligned spine can help regulate the amount of cortisol the body produces. This can help mitigate the severity of allergy symptoms.
  3. Recommendations for health and dietary needs. Many foods and other factors in the environment can influence allergy symptoms, especially during the spring months. We can help by explaining recommendations that can boost your health and comfort.
In addition, I have put this video, linked here, together to wish everyone a Happy Mother’s Day and to further explain what Roth Wellness is doing protect you during this COVID-19 pandemic.
We hope to see you for your next chiropractic visit soon!
PS. If you are still feeling stressed, here is a quick tip… try some aromatherapy at home! Aromatherapy has a wide variety of ways to be used, including baths, evaporating into the air through a diffuser, use in a nebulizer, or in a lotion. Rubbing the oil onto the body through a therapeutic massage is one of the most popular methods. The oil can be diluted through the use of other oils, lotions, or salt for these massages.

Aromatherapy is an ancient practice with modern popularity. It can encompass nearly every aspect of a person’s day, from sleeping to bathing, and through scents in the air or on the body.
